Current Tenant definition

Current Tenant means the person or persons in whom this Lease is vested at the date of the relevant Application to Assign;

Current Tenant means SE Technologies, Inc. ("SE Technologies"), and any tenant, subtenant, assignee or other occupant claiming through or under SE Technologies.
