Misdemeanor. Case (MISS): A misdemeanor case is any appointment to represent a person charged with one or more crimes described by ORS 161.545 or by local ordinance as a misdemeanor, excluding DUII, misdemeanor contempt and the misdemeanor traffic cases defined below.
