Third Degree definition

Third Degree means the relative of a person who is a first cousin, great-grandparent or great- grandchild.
Third Degree means three generations of ancestors (parents, grandparents, and great grandpar- ents); three generations of descendants (children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren); lateral rela- tionships of sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; and shall also include step and in-law relationships.
