Third Offense Clause Samples
The 'Third Offense' clause establishes specific consequences or actions that are triggered when an individual or party commits a violation for the third time. Typically, this clause outlines escalating disciplinary measures, such as suspension, termination, or additional penalties, which are more severe than those for first or second offenses. By clearly defining the repercussions for repeated violations, the clause serves to deter ongoing misconduct and ensures that repeated non-compliance is addressed with appropriate seriousness.
