Methodology and Structure of the Deliverable. ‌ PC will prepare a Project Plan including the following key points of the implementation program of the project and particularly: ● Confirmation-update of the project implementation approachClarification of all the conditions and key success factors for the implementation of the project ● Analysis and update of the potential risks and reporting of the possible ways to address them ● The shaping of a common understanding between the Consortium on the methodological framework that will be used, in order to fully address the needs of the current project ● Setting of both quantitative and qualitative goals (Key Performance Indicators - KPIs) for the monitoring of the implementation progress of the projectDefinition of a detailed communication plan presenting the contact points ● Mapping and gathering the material required for proper commencement of the works ● Update of the execution time plan analyzing: o The immediate actions aiming to address all urgent issues that might arise at the beginning of the project implementation o All additional actions that we will have to implement, as well as their scheduling o All additional actions that need to be implemented from the side of the main stakeholders involved ● The management and monitoring requirements of the project, as well as the project management and monitoring system ● The resource allocationThe definition and the content of the material and the templates that will be used for the monitoring of the implementation progress of the project The structure of the document is as follows:
Methodology and Structure of the Deliverable. This document reports on the initial activities and effort placed in the integration of the various technologies and tools towards delivering a functional NOMAD platform. Following the NOMAD approach towards the policy making lifecycle, the integration effort is guided from the Agile Software Development methodology, aiming to progress the development work in parallel teams and regularly integrating their output, based on a well-defined design. The scope of this document is to act as appendix to the current version of the NOMAD platform prototype and, as such, it is structured as follows:  Section 2 provides an overview of the NOMAD architecture, highlighting the revisions made with respect to [1]. It describes the mapping between the logical view of the NOMAD design and the physical components being developed in the course of the project and updates the NOMAD workflow for supporting the policy making through crowdsourcing. It, then, elaborates on the NOMAD platform use cases, as the pilot to realise the NOMAD functionalities from the end user point of view.
Methodology and Structure of the Deliverable. The planned dissemination activities include a web site, publications, conferences, presentations, project workshops, electronic newsletters, press releases, and international conference.   • Project Deliverables The Contractor shall provide each of the following deliverables in writing to the City for review and approval to achieve the project objectives.

  • Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility For the purposes of this Agreement, the accessibility of online content and functionality will be measured according to the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA and the Web Accessibility Initiative Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) 1.0 for web content, which are incorporated by reference. Adherence to these accessible technology standards is one way to ensure compliance with the College’s underlying legal obligations to ensure that people with disabilities are able to acquire the same information, engage in the same interactions, and enjoy the same benefits and services within the same timeframe as their nondisabled peers, with substantially equivalent ease of use; that they are not excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination in any College programs, services, and activities delivered online, as required by Section 504 and the ADA and their implementing regulations; and that they receive effective communication of the College’s programs, services, and activities delivered online.

  • Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process Upon request of either Party, the Parties shall jointly develop an implementation and grooming process (the “Joint Grooming Process” or “Joint Process”) which may define and detail, inter alia:

  • Specification and Service Levels The Specification sets out the Services that the Contractor has undertaken to provide. The Specification includes Service Levels setting out particular levels of service that the Contractor has undertaken to meet.

  • Title to Project Deliverables Contractor acknowledges that it is commissioned by the Authorized User to perform the services detailed in the Purchase Order. Unless otherwise specified in writing in the Bid or Purchase Order, the Authorized User shall have ownership and license rights as follows:

  • Services with Deliverables If Supporting Material for services define specific deliverables, HP warrants those deliverables will conform materially to their written specifications for 30 days following delivery. If Customer notifies HP of such a non-conformity during the 30 day period, HP will promptly remedy the impacted deliverables or refund to Customer the fees paid for those deliverables and Customer will return those deliverables to HP.

  • Evaluation, Testing, and Monitoring 1. The System Agency may review, test, evaluate and monitor Grantee’s Products and services, as well as associated documentation and technical support for compliance with the Accessibility Standards. Review, testing, evaluation and monitoring may be conducted before and after the award of a contract. Testing and monitoring may include user acceptance testing. Neither the review, testing (including acceptance testing), evaluation or monitoring of any Product or service, nor the absence of review, testing, evaluation or monitoring, will result in a waiver of the State’s right to contest the Grantee’s assertion of compliance with the Accessibility Standards.

  • SERVICE DELIVERABLES You will receive service on the Covered Product as described below: Carry-In: Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Covered Product must be shipped or delivered and retrieved by You at Our authorized service center during normal business hours. In-Home/On-Site: Service will be performed in Your home or on-site as indicated on the Declarations Page of this Agreement, or on Your sales receipt or invoice provided You have fulfilled the following requirements: (1) provide Our authorized technician with accessibility to the Covered Product; (2) provide a non-threatening and safe environment for Our authorized technician; and (3) an adult over the age of 18 must be present for the period of time Our authorized technician is scheduled to provide service and while Our authorized technician is on Your property servicing the Covered Product. In-Home Service will be provided by Our authorized service provider during regular business hours, local time, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Our authorized service center may opt to remove the Covered Product to perform service in-shop. The Covered Product will be returned upon completion. Additional time and mileage charges for in-home repairs outside of twenty-five (25) contiguous land miles or the normal service radius of Our authorized service center are not covered by this Agreement, and are Your responsibility.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • REPORTS AND/OR DELIVERABLES A. Specific projects or activities within this agreement will be tracked and reported by quarterly submission of a SF-425 Federal Financial Report (FFR) and quarterly submission of a Performance Report. A final SF-425 and Performance Report shall be submitted at the completion of the Agreement. The following reporting period end dates shall be used for interim reports: 3/31, 6/30, 9/30, 12/31. For final the SF-425 and Performance Report, the reporting period end date shall be the end date of the agreement. Interim reports shall be submitted no later than 30 days after the end of each reporting period. Annual and final reports shall be submitted no later than 90 days after the end period date. All reports shall be submitted via email to the NPS Awarding Officer with a copy to the NPS Agreements Technical Representative via email.
