Implementation Program. 1. The Borrower shall carry out the Project in accordance with the requirements set forth or referred to in the Operational Manual and this Agreement.

Implementation Program. 1. (a) The Borrower shall cause FMOE to maintain NETCOM in form and with functions, staffing and resources satisfactory to the Association.
Implementation Program. 1. The Borrower shall, for purposes of the Project, maintain the Project Implementation Plan in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, and shall carry out the Project in accordance with said Plan. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall not amend or waive any provision of the Project Implementation Plan if, in the opinion of the Association, such amendment or waiver may materially and adversely affect the carrying out of the Project or the achievement of the objectives thereof.

Implementation Program. 1. The Borrower shall maintain until completion of the Project, a Project Management Unit in MPW, responsible for the implementation of the Project and the monitoring of the Project, headed by a Project Manager, and said Unit to be provided at all times with adequate funds and other resources and staffed by qualified and experienced personnel in adequate numbers as shall be necessary to accomplish its objectives.
Implementation Program. 1. The Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Project Implementation Plan, and shall not amend, suspend, abrogate, repeal or waive any provision of the Project Implementation Plan without prior approval of the Association.
