Memorandum Note. On the fourth (4) Sunday after ratification, a seniority date will be provided to all pre ratification employees based on a calculation that takes into account their current seniority hours earned to date. This one time calculation will convert your seniority hours into a seniority date, (same process as part time to full time) which will be maintained for the life of your employment. Your current seniority ranking based on your seniority hours will be maintained. For new hires, your seniority date will be the same as your hire date.
