MEDICAL AND DENTAL EXPENSES. The Executive is entitled to such medical and dental coverage (if any) as provided for under the insurance taken out by the Company.
MEDICAL AND DENTAL EXPENSES. During the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall remain eligible to participate in any medical benefit plan or program that Southwest makes available to its employees generally. Upon termination of her employment with Southwest, the Employee shall be eligible to participate in any non-contract retiree medical benefit plan or program that Southwest may then make available to its retirees generally. Southwest shall reimburse the Employee for all her out-of-pocket expenses (including specifically all premiums and deductibles) that the Employee may incur under any such Southwest plan or program during the term of this Agreement.

During the term of this Agreement, Southwest shall reimburse the Employee (i) for all medical and dental expenses incurred by the Employee and his spouse and (ii) for all medical and dental expenses paid by the Employee in excess of $10,000 per calendar year and incurred by his children, their spouses and the Employee's grandchildren. Expenses for medical care shall be deemed to include all amounts paid with respect to hospital bills, doctor and dental bills and drugs which are not compensated by insurance or otherwise.

MEDICAL AND DENTAL EXPENSES. A. ____________________ shall maintain for the benefit of each minor child, medical insurance benefits. All medical and dental expenses and costs not covered by the above described insurance for the benefit of a minor child shall be paid by the parties as follows: _________________. This provision shall include, but not be limited to, all medical and dental costs and expenses not covered under said insurance overage, all medical and dental costs which are applied to insurance deductibles and all medical and dental costs remaining after insurance has paid the covered portion of each claim. The obligations to provide medical insurance for the benefit of a minor child shall be null and void at such time as the child is no longer an insured party under the medical insurance policy by reason of a change in the subject child's age, residency, student or marital status. MEDICAL AND DENTAL EXPENSES. We will make decisions about medical issues together whenever possible. If our child needs urgent medical care, the guardian our child is with at the time will decide what is in our child's best interest. That guardian will inform the other guardian as soon as possible. We're financially responsible for our children after our separation. It's important that our children's needs are met. That's why we agree that: Xxxx will maintain the medical, extended health, and dental insurance plan that is available through his employment to cover our children until the child support obligations under this agreement end. We will share any additional amount above $100 a year that must be paid in proportion to our incomes. Sharing information and reviews: By May 31st of each year, we will provide each other with our tax assessment from the previous year or with any other information and documents needed to confirm that the right amount of child support is being paid. Obligation to notify: We will inform each other about any material change of circumstances (significant changes that lower or raise our incomes, our expenses, or our ability to pay our expenses) that may affect our child support obligations.
