Business and Entertainment Expenses. Subject to Company’s standard policies and procedures with respect to expense reimbursement as applied to its executive employees generally, Company shall reimburse Executive for, or pay on behalf of Executive, reasonable and appropriate expenses incurred by Executive for business related purposes, including dues and fees to industry and professional organizations and costs of entertainment and business development.

Upon presentation of appropriate documentation, the Executive shall be reimbursed for all reasonable and necessary business and entertainment expenses incurred in connection with the performance of his duties hereunder, all in accordance with the Company's expense reimbursement policy applicable to senior executives from time to time in effect.

Upon submission of appropriate documentation in accordance with its policies in effect from time to time, the Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all business expenses which the Executive incurs in the performance of his duties under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, travel, entertainment, professional dues and subscriptions, and all dues, fees, and expenses associated with membership in various professional, business, and civic associations and societies in which the Executive participates in accordance with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time.

Business and Entertainment Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business and entertainment expenses related to the Executive's position with the Company.

The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all commercially reasonable business out-of-pocket fees and expenses that the Executive incurs during the Term in performing his duties under this Employment Agreement upon presentation of documentation in accordance with the expense reimbursement policy of the Company as in effect from time to time. Any reimbursement pursuant to this Section 2.6 or Section 3 shall be made by the Company as soon as administratively practicable following receipt of supporting documentation reasonably satisfactory to the Company (but in any event not later than the close of the Executive's taxable year following the taxable year in which the fee or expense is incurred by the Executive).

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses, incurred by the Executive in carrying out the Executive’s duties under this Agreement; provided that the Executive complies with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company for submission of expense reports, receipts, or similar documentation of such expenses.
