Media Types. The Governor’s Office of Economic Development will make final determination as to where and which advertising mediums will be used after receiving recommendations from, and in consultation with the Offeror. Deliverables include, but are not limited to: • Pre-recorded television advertising • Pre-recorded radio advertising • Print display advertising • Digital, banner, and other online display advertising • Print and electronic publications • Flyers, brochures and posters • Signage (banners, wraps, etc.) • Raw video, audio, or photos In addition to showing how you will meet the requirements outlined above, Offeror should also provide information regarding the following: • Research & Analytics: Provide an overview of how you determine success. What are the analytic tools or services that you use, and what type of information will you be reporting back to the Governor’s Office of Economic Development as it relates to meeting our objectives? Please define how your analytics can be converted into insights, and how the insights will help guide us in making decisions on how we market in the future. • The agency may be expected to participate in regular status conference calls on a date and time established by the Governor’s Office of Economic Development. • The agency may be expected to travel to Pierre, or Sioux Falls, South Dakota upon the request of the Governor’s Office of Economic Development for in-person meetings (at the agency’s expense).   • Languages 20.1 The Proclamation of Sale, these conditions of sale and the Memorandum may have been translated and published in different forms and languages.   • Promotions The anniversary date of a promoted employee is determined as for a new employee in Subsection 5.3.A above.

  • Protocol No action to coerce or censor or penalize any negotiation participant shall be made or implied by any other member as a result of participation in the negotiation process.

  • Media No media releases, public announcements or public disclosures relating to this Agreement or its subject matter, including but not limited to promotional or marketing material, shall be made by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the Client.

  • Advertisements Any advertising, sales literature or other promotional material (including “prospectus wrappers,” “broker kits,” “road show slides,” “road show scripts” and “electronic road show presentations”) authorized in writing by or prepared by the Fund or the Investment Adviser and used in connection with the public offering of the Securities (collectively, “sales material”) does not contain an untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements therein not misleading. All sales material complied and will comply in all material respects with the applicable requirements of the 1933 Act, the 1940 Act and the Rules and Regulations and the rules and interpretations of FINRA.
