As part of MSF’s effort to drive and promote interoperability, the MSF created the Global MSF Interoperability (GMI) event. GMI provides a real-world setting for vendors to test their solutions and offers proof that carriers can purchase their products, confident that they meet the interoperability standards set forth by MSF Implementation Agreements. Each MSF GMI event has been built around a given set of capabilities defined for a given release of the MSF Architecture.

  • Appropriate forum The parties agree that the courts of England are the most appropriate and convenient courts to settle any Dispute and, accordingly, that they will not argue to the contrary.

  • Jurisdiction; Venue; Waiver of Jury Trial This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the state of Florida. All parties agree and accept that jurisdiction of any controversies or legal problems arising out of this Agreement, and any action involving the enforcement or interpretation of any rights hereunder, shall be exclusively in the state courts of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in Broward County, Florida, and venue for litigation arising out of this Agreement shall be exclusively in such state courts, forsaking any other jurisdiction which either party may claim by virtue of its residency or other jurisdictional device. BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, CONTRACTOR AND CITY HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS EITHER PARTY MAY HAVE TO A TRIAL BY JURY OF ANY CIVIL LITIGATION RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to serve as a waiver of sovereign immunity, or of any other immunity, defense, or privilege enjoyed by the City pursuant to Section 768.28 Florida Statutes.

Each of the parties hereto consents to process being served in any such suit, action or proceeding, by mailing a copy thereof to such party at the address in effect for notices to it under this Agreement and agrees that such service shall constitute good and sufficient service of process and notice thereof. Nothing in this Section 6.9 shall affect or limit any right to serve process in any other manner permitted by law.

  • CHOICE OF LAW & FORUM The state courts of Wisconsin shall be the sole forum for all disputes arising of this Contract. The validity, construction, enforcement and effect of this Contract shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
