– MANAGEMENT RIGHTS 5. 01 The University has and retains all of its rights and privileges, which it has not expressly modified or restricted by a specific provision of this collective agreement, to allow it to effectively manage and administer its activities. The University recognizes its responsibility to exercise its management rights in conformity to the provisions of the present collective agreement.
