Existing Policies. No contribution will be made by the Board toward family coverage if the applicant is being covered by an existing policy’s family coverage fully paid by the contract-holder’s employer.

Existing Policies. This Network Research Agreement shall not abridge, modify, or otherwise interfere with existing policies on Intellectual Property of Partners hosting Participants. In the event that a conflict arises, these specific policies shall prevail.

All existing policies concerning wages and hours, which affect the bargaining unit member and which are not in conflict with statutes and the specific terms and conditions of this Agreement shall remain in effect. However, in the case of any condition requiring Board action, direct consultation with the WEA shall be initiated by the Board, through the Superintendent, with the WEA Co-Presidents. The Board shall endeavor to take into consideration all concerns and recommendations presented in the consultation process, and will consider the following and other pertinent factors in a fair and equitable manner in arriving at a final decision:
Existing Policies. The employer has existing policies, procedures, regulations and practices. These shall remain fully in force unless otherwise and specifically abridged, modified or changed by way of this agreement.

Existing Policies. Any existing departmental rule, regulation, policy, procedure, directive, or official order not in conformity with the provisions of this Agreement shall be modified, amended, or considered superseded by the terms of this Agreement.
