Maintenance of the Network. (a) BecoCom shall repair, maintain, reinforce and otherwise preserve on a timely and efficient basis (to Carrier's reasonable satisfaction consistent with the Plans and Specifications) (i) the BecoCom Facilities, which shall be BecoCom's exclusive right, and (ii), if agreed to by Carrier and BecoCom, any Carrier Facilities, all in accordance with accepted industry standards and Plans or, if applicable, with any plan mutually agreed upon by the parties, and with all applicable federal, state and municipal laws, orders, rules and regulations.

Maintenance of the Network. IPNI shall use its best effort to ensure that the Network is operational during Searxx'x xxxted hours of IPNI System operation.
Maintenance of the Network. The Operator shall endeavour to maintain the Network and carry out tests and extensions of the Network in conditions that minimise the consequences of these operations on Network Users. Should such operations be likely to affect the performance of the Contract, the Operator undertakes to inform the Xxxxxxx as soon as possible, and by no later than 60 (sixty) days before the intended date of commencement of such operations. The Operator shall notify the Shipper no later than 5 (five) working days before the start of the relevant operations, with regard to the extent and duration of their effect on its obligations, in specifying in particular the Days and the Hours when the transmission is interrupted. During the above-mentioned maintenance or extension operations, the Operator’s obligations shall be suspended for the duration and within the limit of the effects of these operations on these obligations. In accordance with the legal and regulatory obligations applicable to the Operator at the time of the above- mentioned maintenance or extension operations, the Operator shall pass on the consequences of these operations onto all Network Users in an equitable fashion. If Daily Entry or Link Capacities are reduced or suspended in application of this clause, the Operator shall make all reasonable efforts, at the Shipper’s request, to take off and transmit quantities of Gas having the same Energy Content as those which the Operator is or was unable to take off and transport due to this fact, the said quantities being made available to the Operator by the Shipper at any Entry Point of the Network. In such a case, no price supplement shall be due by the Shipper.
Maintenance of the Network. Subject to and conditioned on Data Recipient’s and its Authorized Userscompliance with Terms and Conditions and Policies and Procedures, HEALTHeNET shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide to Data Recipient and its Authorized Users the Services, including to host, manage, operate and maintain the Network for use by Data Recipient and its Authorized Users 24 hours per day, seven days per week, except for:

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. Upon such notice, the Parties shall plan the Maintenance Outage to mutually accommodate the reasonable requirements of Seller and the service obligations of Buyer; provided, however, that, unless Buyer otherwise consents, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, no Maintenance Outage may be scheduled between the hour ending 0700 through the hour ending 2200, Monday through Saturday, during the time period commencing on May 15 and concluding on September 15. Notice of a proposed Maintenance Outage shall include the expected start date and time of the outage, the amount of Capacity of the Facility that will not be available, and the expected completion date and time of the outage. Seller shall give Buyer notice of the Maintenance Outage as soon as Seller determines that the Maintenance Outage is necessary. Buyer shall promptly respond to such notice and may request reasonable modifications in the schedule for the outage. Seller shall use all reasonable efforts to comply with any request to modify the schedule for a Maintenance Outage. Seller shall notify Buyer of any subsequent changes in Capacity available to Buyer or any changes in the Maintenance Outage completion date and time. As soon as practicable, any notifications given orally shall be confirmed in writing. Seller shall take all reasonable measures and exercise its best efforts in accordance with Prudent Electrical Practices to minimize the frequency and duration of Maintenance Outages.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of the allottees.   • Road Maintenance Purchaser shall maintain roads, commensurate with Purchaser’s use, in accor- dance with Road Maintenance Requirements in C5.31 and the Road Maintenance Specifications. Performance of road maintenance work by Purchaser may be required prior to, during, or after each period of use. The timing of work accomplishment shall be based on Purchaser’s Op- erating Schedule under B6.31. When two or more commercial users are simultane- ously using the same road where Forest Service is not requiring maintenance deposits, the commercial users will develop maintenance responsibilities and arrangements for accomplishing the work. Forest Service must agree to this plan. If the commercial users cannot agree on main- tenance responsibilities, Forest Service shall resolve the differences. If Purchaser elects to use different roads than those listed in C5.31, Forest Service shall determine Pur- chaser’s commensurate share of road maintenance and revise road maintenance deposits in C5.32. If Forest Service cannot perform its full commensu- rate share of road maintenance, Forest Service shall make a cash payment to Purchaser for performance of such work. Unless agreed in writing, prehaul maintenance shall be completed on any portion of road prior to hauling on that portion. Maintenance, as used in this contract, does not include road reconstruction or repairs of an extraordi- nary nature.
