Location of Performance. Except where the Vendor obtains the County’s prior written approval, the Vendor shall perform all of the Services only from or at any location at which the County operates a data center or performs any IT-related services or functions during the term of this Contract within the geographic boundaries of the County. Any County approval for the performance of Services outside of the geographic boundaries of the County shall be limited to the specific instance and scope of such written approval.
Location of Performance. The Employee's services will be performed in the Guilford, Connecticut area. The Employee's performance hereunder shall be within such area or its environs. The parties acknowledge, however, that the Employee may be required to travel extensively in connection with the performance of his duties hereunder.

Executive shall perform his duties and obligations hereunder primarily from the Company's main offices located in Sarasota, Florida and, from time to time, at other locations of the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive recognizes that he will be required by the Company to travel from time to time in order to fulfill his duties and obligations hereunder, and Executive agrees so travel as necessary or required.
Location of Performance. The Chief Executive will perform the functions and duties under this Agreement at the entity’s head office and elsewhere as required.

IF COMPANY REQUESTS THAT EXECUTIVE TRANSFER TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION THE COMPANY AGREES TO REIMBURSE THE EXECUTIVE FOR ALL REASONABLE COSTS INCURRED IN RELOCATION TO THE NEW LOCATION.

All monetary obligations of Landlord and Tenant (including, without limitation, any monetary obligation of Landlord or Tenant for damages for any breach of the respective covenants, duties or obligations of Landlord or Tenant hereunder) and this Lease shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Leased Premises are located.

Each party will bear the costs related to shipping the relevant Siemens Hardware to the other party’s relevant address for the performance of the Hardware Maintenance Services. If an on-site visit is requested by Xxxxxxxx and agreed to by SISW, Customer agrees to bear the travel expenses for lodging, travel time and transportation for such on-site visit.
Location of Performance. Except where Riskonnect obtains the County’s Program Manager’s prior written approval, Riskonnect shall perform all of the Services only from or at Locations within the geographic boundaries of the United States.
