Levels Structure. The parties are committed to modernising the terms of the Agreement so that it provides for more flexible working arrangements, improves the quality of working life, enhances skills and job satisfaction and assists positively in employee development. In making this commitment the parties accept the Level Structure descriptions are broadly based and generic in nature. Employees shall perform a wider range of duties including work which is incidental or peripheral to their main tasks or functions. The number of employees at each of the levels will be reviewed from time to time by the Company. The company has complete discretion as to the numbers of employees required under each level. When an employee who may after a period of time develop the necessary skills and experience to meet the next level requirements will not be automatically adjusted to that level until the company has determined an operational need for that level.

They shall work for the first three months at this Level and may be directed to: ▪ carry out all laboring functions associated with the Company’s operations; ▪ assist others in metal fabrication; and ▪ perform work which is incidental to their main function. ▪ any other duty for which the employee has been trained and deemed necessary by the Company to complete a task at this level. Level Two (Welder) Employees at this level shall carry out all duties of previous levels and in addition, may: ▪ carry out the duties of a tradesman welder; ▪ be responsible for the supervision of other Employees, including trainee welders and trades assistants; and ▪ understand and apply quality control techniques. ▪ Any other duty for which the employee has been trained and deemed necessary by the Company to complete a task at this level. Level Three (Boilermaker) Employees at this level shall carry out all of the duties of previous levels and in addition, may: ▪ carry out the duties of a tradesman Boilermaker; ▪ be responsible for the supervision of other Employees, including trainee welders and Trades Assistants; and ▪ understand and apply quality control techniques. ▪ Any other duty for which the employee has been trained and deemed necessary by the Company to complete a task at this level.   • FEE STRUCTURE In consideration of Consultant providing services, Municipality shall pay Consultant for Services performed in accordance with Exhibit A – List of Services and Fee Schedule.

  • Governance Structure The Academy shall be organized and administered as a Michigan nonprofit corporation under the direction of the Academy Board and pursuant to the governance structure as set forth in the Bylaws. The Academy’s Board of Directors shall meet monthly unless another schedule is mutually agreed upon by the President and the Academy. The Academy shall not delegate this duty of organization and administration of the Academy without the express affirmative consent of the University.

  • Classification Structure All employees working under this Agreement shall be classified according to the skill based classification structure set out in Appendix A.

  • Structure Appendices 1 and 2 are incorporated into and form part of this DPA. They set out the agreed subject-matter, the nature and purpose of the processing, the type of Personal Data, categories of data subjects and the applicable technical and organizational measures.

  • Organizational Structure The ISO will be governed by a ten (10) person unaffiliated Board of Directors, as per Article 5 herein. The day-to-day operation of the ISO will be managed by a President, who will serve as an ex-officio member of the ISO Board, in accordance with Article 5 herein. There shall be a Management Committee as per Article 7 herein, which shall report to the ISO Board, and shall be comprised of all Parties to the Agreement. There shall be at least two additional standing committees, the Operating Committee, as provided for in Article 8, and the Business Issues Committee, as provided for in Article 9, both of which shall report to the Management Committee. A Dispute Resolution Process will be established and administered by the ISO Board in accordance with Article 10.

  • Other Structures You may use up to 10% of the Coverage A limit of liability for loss by a Peril Insured Against to other structures described in Coverage B. This coverage is additional insurance.

  • BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES 1. Repair or retrofit of buildings less than 45 years old.
