Broadly Based definition

Broadly Based as defined herein shall mean that at the end of three (3) years from the date of the Plan as amended at least fifty one percent (51%) of all options granted thereunder shall have been granted to "rank and file" personnel of the Company (i.e., persons who are not officers and directors as defined in "2" above) and that at the anniversary date of each succeeding year no less than 51% of all options granted shall have been granted to the aforesaid "rank and file".

  • Research-based means a program or practice that has some research demonstrating effectiveness, but that does not yet meet the standard of evidence-based practices.

  • Community-based means a facility, program or service, or open group home or other suitable place located near the home or family of the juvenile, and programs of community supervision and service which maintain community participation in their planning, operation, and evaluation. These programs may include but are not limited to medical, educational, vocational, social, and psychological guidance, training, counseling, alcoholism treatment, drug treatment, diversion programs for first-time offenders, transitional living, independent living and other rehabilitative services;

  • Short-Term Payout means the payout set forth in Section 4.1.
