Other Structures. The foregoing provisions do not exhaustively contemplate all ownership structures for a mortgaged property. Situations involving ownership structures not specifically contemplated by the provisions set forth on this Exhibit C shall nevertheless require Single Purpose Entities substantively to comply with the requirements to these provisions, modified as appropriate to accommodate the ownership structure in question.

Other Structures. 1. These specifications do not take into account extraordinary loads and access considerations imposed by immovable furniture, sculpture, gazebos, pergolas, fencing or other structures. Detailed plans for all such items and placements shall be submitted to the Corporation for review and approval by the Board of Directors. No such construction or placements are permitted without the prior approval-given in writing- of the Board of Directors. Fountains are prohibited in all cases.
Other Structures. The Partnership initiated a further structure in 2007 to act in an advisory role in response to AONB’s nationally being given the opportunity to deliver their own Sustainable Development Fund (SDF). The fund, from defra, is delivered at local level by the AONB Unit and is administered financially by the ‘host authority’. Decisions are made, based on agreed criteria surrounding sustainable development, by the group. The group comprises representation from the following organisations: Country Landowners and Business Association, Environment Agency, Carlisle City Council, Solway Coast AONB Volunteer Group, ACTand Friends of the Lake District.
