Level One - “District Administrator. 21 If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the informal conference, the Employee 22 Formal Grievance Form shall be made available to him/her. On this form the unit member shall 23 provide a statement of his/her grievance. This statement shall be clear, concise, and include the 24 circumstances involved, and the specific remedy sought and shall be delivered to the grievant’ s 1 immediate supervisor within ten (10) days of the informal conference. The “District 3 receiving the grievance. If the “District Administrator” does not respond within the above time 4 limits, the grievant may automatically proceed to the next step. Within the above time limits, 5 either party may request a personal conference with the other party.

  • Contract Administrators The Architectural Designer and the School District shall each designate a qualified Contract Administrator prior to the Architectural Designer’s commencement of the Services. The Contract Administrators shall be in charge of the work covered by this Contract and the principal points of contact with respect to administration of this Contract and the parties’ overall relationship, and resolution of disputes arising hereunder. Either party may designate a successor Contract Administrator at any time by giving notice to the other party.
