District Representative. At request of Provider, LEA shall designate an employee or agent of the District as the District representative for the coordination and fulfillment of the duties of this DPA.

The District’s Representative shall render decisions in a timely manner pertaining to documents submitted by the Design Professional in order to avoid unreasonable delay in the orderly and sequential progress of the Design Professional's services.

ARCHITECT shall consult with authorized employees, agents, and representatives of DISTRICT relative to the design and construction of the PROJECT. However, ARCHITECT shall accept directives only from DISTRICT’S designated representative and not from other DISTRICT employees or consultants. The DISTRICT shall notify ARCHITECT in writing if, at its sole option, it makes a change in the DISTRICT representative. District Representative. The District may designate a District Representative for this Project who shall assume certain activities and responsibilities attributed to the District in this Agreement. The Vendor agrees to cooperate and provide services in conjunction with the District Representative, as directed by the District.
District Representative. At the District’s discretion, a representative may be assigned for general supervision purposes. The representative is authorized to see that all facilities are properly used. They will not be expected to do the Renter’s work (such as dishwashing, cleaning, serving, cooking, crowd control, etc.). The costs associated with supervising will be the responsibility of the Renter.
District Representative. Director of Orange County Public Works Department or his designee, hereinafter referred to as “DIRECTOR,” shall be DISTRICT’s representative in all matters pertaining to this AGREEMENT.
