Contract Administrators definition

Contract Administrators means the employee(s) who is (are) responsible for overseeing this RFP and contracts executed therefrom.

Contract Administrators means the City of Fort Lauderdale’s City Manager for the City or his/her designee.   • Owner shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Contract Administrators to respond to any request for consent within three (3) Business Days after receipt of the proposed Material Subcontract.

  • The Contract Administrator's decision shall be final and conclusive.

  • In the case of a dispute, the Contract Administrator's determination shall be final as to whether a set-out is a Missed Collection.

Contract Administrators means for COUNTY, the Director of the Broward County Libraries Division or the Assistant Director of the Broward County Libraries Division and for SCHOOL BOARD, the Superintendent of Schools, or the Superintendent's designee. The primary responsibilities of COUNTY's Contract Administrator are to coordinate and communicate with SCHOOL BOARD and to manage and supervise execution and completion of the Scope of Services and the terms and conditions of this Agreement as set forth herein. In the administration of this Agreement, as contrasted with matters of policy, all parties may rely on the instructions or determinations made by the respective Contract Administrators; provided however, that such instructions and determinations do not change the Scope of Services.
