Lansing Community College. This Articulation Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between the Regents of the University of Michigan, a Michigan Constitutional Corporation, on behalf of the University of Michigan-Flint College of Arts and Sciences ("UM-Flint", located in Flint, Michigan, and Lansing Community College("LCC"), located in Lansing, MI, to provide an easy transition for College students transferring to the University of Michigan-Flint. Through this Agreement, the parties will endeavor to:· GOALS • Encourage LCC students to apply to and, if admitted, enroll in UM-Flint. • Assist LCC transfer students in their transfer from LCC to UM-Flint. • Expand the academic cooperation between the UM-Flint and LCC through mutual dialogue and interaction. • Increase retention of LCC transfer students through enhanced advisement and closely articulated academic coursework. • Promote LCC student academic preparation and transfer planning. • Support and promote the value and benefits of community college transfer to obtain a bachelor's, or higher, academic degree.

Lansing Community College. To: All Interested Parties This is a letter of understanding between Michigan State University (MSU) and Lansing Community College (LCC). MSU and LCC, as the two major providers of higher education serv·1ces in the greater Lansing area, have agreed to work together to increase access to higher education for students. As one phase of this agreement, the two institutions agree to collaborate in the offering of a degree completion program (the Program). This Program, which leads to a baccalaureate degree in Construction Management (CM) from the MSU School of Planning, Design and Construction, enables students to begin their undergraduate education at LCC and complete remaining degree requirements on the MSU campus. The Program MSU's School of Planning, Design and Construction offers the upper division portion of the Program, which is available to qualified LCC transfer students. Students may pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Management at MSU with courses offered fall, spring, and summer semesters, and may complete degree requirements in two to four calendar years.
