Language of Tender. 9.1 The Tender, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the Tender exchanged by the Tenderer and the Procuring Entity, shall be written in English Language. Supporting documents and printed literature that are part of the Tender may be in another language provided they are accompanied by an accurate translation of the relevant passages into the English Language, in which case, for purposes of interpretation of the Tender, such translation shall govern.

Any printed literature furnished by the Tenderer written in any other language shall be accompanied by an accurate English translation of the relevant passages, in which case, for purposes of interpretation of the Tender, the English translation shall govern. The English translation shall be on the Tenderer’s letterhead and shall be signed by the duly authorized signatory signing the Tender and stamped with the Tenderer’s stamp.

The Tender, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the Tender exchanged by the tenderer and BHEL, shall be written in English. 11 DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE TENDER The Tender shall comprise the following: Completed Schedules as provided in Section XII, Tender Forms; Xxxxxxx Money Deposit (EMD), in accordance with ITB No Deviation statement may be provided as per Format 3 in Section XII, Tender Forms written confirmation authorizing the signatory of the Tender to submit the tender documentary evidence establishing the eligibility of the services offered by the tenderer documentary evidence establishing the bidder’s qualifications in accordance with the Pre- qualification and Evaluation Criteria at Section XI, Special Terms & Conditions of Contract of Section III, using the relevant forms furnished in Section XII, Tender Forms; documentary evidence as specified in the TDS, establishing the conformity of the Technical Proposal offered by the tenderer with the Tender Document, using the relevant forms furnished in Section XII, Tender Forms; any other document required in the NIT 12 TENDER PRICES The prices quoted by the tenderer in the NIC portal shall confirm to the requirements specified in NIT. Unless otherwise provided in the TDS and the Contract, the prices quoted by the tenderer shall be fixed. All duties, taxes, and other levies payable by the Contractor under the Contract, or for any other cause, as on date of Part-1 Bid opening, shall be included in the rates and prices and the total Tender Price submitted by the tenderer
