LANGUAGE OF BID. The bid, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the bid shall be written in English. Supporting documents and printed literature that are part of the bid may be in another language provided they are accompanied by an accurate translation of the relevant passages in English, in which case, for purposes of interpretation of the Bid, such translation shall govern.
LANGUAGE OF BID. The Bid prepared by the Bidder, and all correspondence and documents relating to the Bid exchanged by the Bidder and the Company, shall be written in the English language. Any printed literature furnished by the Bidder, written in another language shall be accompanied by an English translation for the purpose of interpretation of the Bid.

In case a document, certificate, printed literature etc. furnished by the Bidder in a language other than English, the same should be accompanied by an English translation duly authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce of Bidders Country, in which case, for the purpose of interpretation of the Bid, the English translation shall govern.

LANGUAGE OF BID. II. I The bid prepared by the bidder and all correspondence/drawings and documents relating to the bid exchanged by xxxxxx and BCPL shall be written in English language. Any printed literature furnished by the bidder may be written in another language so long as accompanied by an ENGLISH translation duly authenticated by the chamber of commerce of Bidders country, in which case, for the purpose of interpretation of the bid, the ENGLISH.

LANGUAGE OF BID. 1.8.1. The bid prepared by the Bidder, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the bid exchanged by the Bidder and the Contracting Institute , shall be written in English language only especially when the details are technical. However, if GOI makes it mandatory under Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, in that case views of Rajbhasha unit of IITM may be sought.
LANGUAGE OF BID. 13.1 All correspondence, communications associated with preparation of Bids, clarifications, amendments, submissions, shall be written in English or Urdu or both languages. Supporting documents and printed literature furnished by the bidder may be in another language provided they are accompanied by an accurate translation of the relevant passages in English or Urdu, in which case, for purposes of interpretation of the Bid, the said translation shall take precedence.
LANGUAGE OF BID. 10.1 The Bid, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the Bid exchanged by the Bidder and the Employer, shall be written in the language specified in the BDS. Supporting documents and printed literature that are part of the Bid may be in another language provided they are accompanied by an accurate translation of the relevant passages in the language of Bid, in which case, for purposes of interpretation of the Bid, such translation shall govern.
