Total Tender Price definition

Total Tender Price means the total monetary amount of all prices proposed in the Tender, including all applicable fees and taxes including, without limitation, GST;
Total Tender Price means the All-Inclusive price in Canadian Funds based on estimated quantities provided in the Bid Form - Price Schedule as offered by the Bidder for the services contemplated for this RFT. The price excludes H.S.T. but includes all other taxes, freight and duties.

More Definitions of Total Tender Price

Total Tender Price means the amount stipulated by the Tenderer in the space provided in the Form of Tender which, for greater certainty, is the Tenderer’s proposed Contract Price;

Related to Total Tender Price

  • Successful Tenderer means the Tenderer declared technically and financially successful for the Project and with whom, the Contract Agreement shall be signed.

  • RI Value means, in respect of a Reference Item and a ST Valuation Date, (i) the RI Closing Value for such Reference Item in respect of such ST Valuation Date, divided by (ii) the relevant RI Initial Value (expressed as a percentage).

  • Bid/Tender means the Techno Commercial and the Price Bid submitted by the Bidder along with all documents/credentials/attachments, formats, etc., in response to this Bid Document, in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.

  • The Tenderer means the individual or firm supplying the Goods under this Contract.
