HOW / WHAT INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED i. The Police will share with the OPCC where all of the following apply: • The sharing would not prejudice ongoing or potential investigations or prosecutions by Sussex Police or other parties. • The sharing would not contradict any legal obligation upon Sussex Police that prohibits or precludes sharing.

Via the D.I.S.C system, the Constabulary may share:  Information available on SafetyNet;  Crime trends;  Personal information relating to offenders, suspects, witnesses of crime, vulnerable members; of society and individuals involved in anti-social behaviour (Including relevant names, ages, addresses and custody photographs);  Information relating to stolen vehicles;  Information relating to Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) hot spots;  Information supplied in the daily briefings (unless evaluated as not suitable for sharing with partner agencies).
HOW / WHAT INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED i. The Police will share:  RMS reference number and a summary of the alleged artifice crime, disclosed as an RMS crime report summary. Details may include: o Suspect/Offender details including name, date of birth, address, description and a photograph. o The personal information relating to an alleged victim(s) o The personal information relating to alleged witness(es) o Details regarding the modus operandi of the offending o Vehicle registration details of vehicles used in the commission of the offence (not Registered Keeper details) o The name of any company used by the offender as part of the offending.  RMS reference number and a summary of intelligence relating to alleged artifice crime, when intelligence reports are processed. Details to include (if handling conditions allow): o Suspect/Offender details including name, date of birth, address, description and a photograph. o Details regarding the modus operandi of the offending o Vehicle registration details of vehicles used in the commission of the offence (not Registered Keeper details) o The name of any company used by the offender as part of the offending.

The Police will share :  Record Management System (RMS) data  Intelligence – the National Probation Service/Police may share MAPPA minutes – risk management plans  Hampshire Liaison & Diversion Scheme (HDLS) information (from Custody report to RMS related)  Police National Computer data  Police National Database data.
HOW / WHAT INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED i. The Constabulary will share :  Information regarding crime incidents on University property where the University is the victim of crime; where offending on University property places students or staff at risk of harm; or where serious offending or alleged offending off campus suggests students or staff could be at risk of serious harm.  Details shared can include personal data and special category data including names, dates of birth and, the nature of offending/alleged offending where relevant.  Special category data such as mental health information and any other information of a medical nature, could also be shared where an individual poses a potential risk to themselves, or to others.  Information may also be shared in line with a Community Resolution, if notification is agreed by the subject and the victim of crime, and forms part of the Resolution. Community Resolution in this ISA refers to low level application of mediation practices which will be done in line with the University’s code of student behaviour and will engage appropriately vetted staff to facilitate this practice.

To prevent irrelevant or excessive information being disclosed, the type of information that may be shared by Hampshire Constabulary under the terms of this agreement may consist of any information the organisations can justify as relevant, necessary and proportionate to target and reduce crime and disorder; such as:  Information relating to individuals involved in anti-social behaviour, including names, age, relevant Record Management System (RMS) warning markers and any relevant ASB hotspots or activities,  Information relating to vulnerable people, such as names, age, relevant RMS warning markers and the reason for vulnerability,  Information relating to stolen vehicles,  Information supplied in the daily briefings (unless evaluated as not suitable for sharing with partners agencies),  Custody photos (where relevant and necessary).
HOW / WHAT INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED i. Either Hampshire Constabulary or the Youth Offending Team may share:  Any information deemed proportionate, and necessary for the restorative justice decision making process, to include information regarding behavioural or lifestyle factors to be taken into account.  Any information deemed proportionate, and necessary in order to assist in the offender management, Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA), and gang affiliation activities of those deemed at risk, to include information regarding behavioural or lifestyle factors.
