Student Behaviour. In the vein of “it takes a village to raise a child”, etiquette and decorum are expected and required of all team members at all times.
Student Behaviour. 6.1 All students attending Summer School must agree to and abide by the Student Rules (Summer School), which are available on the website, the online portal and in the Student Handbook. The Summer School reserves the right to send home any student who breaks these rules. The student will be sent home at the Parents’ expense and fees will not be refunded. The Summer School’s decision will be final and, due to the short length of the course, there is no right to appeal. However, parents may refer to the Summer School’s Complaints Policy which is available on the website and online portal.
6.2 If Summer School staff suspect that a Student has broken Summer School rules or has been involved in any illegal activity, the Student may be questioned, and his/her accommodation or belongings may be searched in appropriate circumstances. All reasonable care will be taken to protect the Student’s rights and freedoms and to ensure that the Parent is informed as soon as reasonably practical after it becomes clear that the Student may face formal disciplinary action.
Student Behaviour. 7.1 Students are required to uphold the School’s values and to abide by the School’s rules, regulations and policies as they apply from time to time, including the Student Code of Conduct.
7.2 Parents/guardians agree to support their child in meeting these expectations.
7.3 Action may be taken against a student who fails to meet the School’s expectations. Such action may include suspension or expulsion of a student.
7.4 Any wilful damage to school property or belongings will be invoiced to the student and their family. If this is ever the case, we suggest that students use their pocket money or complete work/tasks around the home to provide the means with which to pay the ▇▇▇▇.
Student Behaviour. A. THE EDGE CLINIC students are not allowed to use or be in possession of any unlawful properties or substances. Should any such property or substance be found on any student or in their belongings, THE EDGE CLINIC have the right to immediately exclude them from the programme and are not responsible for their repatriation and all costs thereof.
B. THE EDGE CLINIC reserves the right to exclude any student who is acting in a manner that is deemed to be dangerous, inappropriate or damaging to the reputation of the company.
C. THE EDGE CLINIC reserves the right to exclude any student who is intoxicated.

The Learner must maintain a high standard of behaviour while in any teaching situation, in or near the classroom, and must not indulge in any act which may result in damage to Fit Education property or unduly interfere with the comfort or convenience of any person lawfully entitled to be in the same area.

Principle: The University and the Union work cooperatively to investigate and hear student behaviour allegations relating to student groups, clubs and societies or individuals when on Union premises. The University and Union have a process of joint investigation for matters relating to alleged behaviour of individuals and/or student groups, clubs and societies, reviewed from time to time by the University’s Academic Registrar and the Union’s Chief Executive. The process is designed to tackle student group behaviour concerns quickly, fairly and consistently. The Union has an independent code of conduct for individual student members, applied in relation to student behaviour on Union premises or whilst participating in the Union’s activities and services. The Union shares the details of serious and significant student behaviour incidents in accordance with the joint investigation process.
Student Behaviour. 7.1 If the Student does not follow the Summer School’s Code of Conduct and Rules – available on the website or direct from the Summer School office - or behaves in any way deemed unacceptable by the Summer School senior management team, the Summer School reserve the right to both discipline that Student and/or send the Student home immediately, with no refund of fees and at the cost of the Parent.
7.2 The Summer School will, where possible, look to caution Students in the first instance and will make every effort to communicate early concerns over behaviour to Parents and guardians. In respect to damages, caused deliberately or as a result of inappropriate behaviour, the Summer School will recover costs from the Student or Students involved. 8 Bag or room search If Summer School staff suspect that a Student has broken Summer School rules or has been involved in any illegal activity, the Student may be questioned and his/her accommodation or belongings may be searched in appropriate circumstances. All Students will be advised that they are subject to the same policies, rules, regulations, codes of behaviour and academic requirements as all other students attending the Host Institution. Each Institution shall instruct its Students to represent their Home Institution and country in the host community to the best of their ability.
