Call Slots. As mentioned in section 3.2.10, call slots enable the option of slots to be made available to customers for specific times of day. These may coincide with less busy times. At the specified time, an outbound call will be made and connected to a free agent. For each call slot the maximum number of callers in the time period can be set.
