Granting of Time. The granting of time by the Mortgagee or compounding with any other person or company liable to the Mortgagee under any other Debt Document shall not in any way affect the Mortgagee’s rights and powers against the Mortgagor or the Vessel under the Mortgage and this Deed.

Granting of Time. The Pledgee may at all times, without discharging or in any way affecting this Share Pledge: (i) grant to the Pledgors and/or the Company and/or to any other person any time or indulgence and/or (ii) deal with, exchange, release, modify, or abstain from perfecting or enforcing this Share Pledge, any security guarantee or other right which the Pledgee may now or hereafter have regarding the Agreement or agree to any amendment to the said document and/or any document executed or to be executed pursuant thereto.
Granting of Time. A new employee shall not be allowed to take vacation leave until completion of their probationary period, although they will accumulate days. Vacations will be granted at such times during the year as are suitable, considering both the wishes of employees and the efficiency of the operation of the department concerned. Vacations are encouraged by management to be taken in a period of consecutive days (two or more days at a time). However, one day or half day vacations may be granted at the discretion of the supervisor. Employees cannot utilize vacation leave in less than four-hour increments.

  • Time of the Essence; Computation of Time Time is of the essence for each and every provision of this Agreement. Whenever the last day for the exercise of any privilege or the discharge or any duty hereunder shall fall upon a Saturday, Sunday, or any date on which banks in New York, New York are authorized to be closed, the party having such privilege or duty may exercise such privilege or discharge such duty on the next succeeding day which is a regular business day.

  • Extension of Time If the Executive shall be in violation of any provision of this Article 6, then each time limitation set forth in this Article 6 shall be extended for a period of time equal to the period of time during which such violation or violations occur. If the Company seeks injunctive relief from such violation in any court, then the covenants set forth in this Article 6 shall be extended for a period of time equal to the pendency of such proceeding including all appeals by the Executive.

No failure or delay of any party in exercising any right or remedy hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right or power, or any abandonment or discontinuance of steps to enforce such right or power, or any course of conduct, preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or power. The rights and remedies of the parties hereunder are cumulative and are not exclusive of any rights or remedies which they would otherwise have hereunder.

  • Extensions of Time 34.1 If at any time during performance of the Contract, the Supplier or its subcontractors should encounter conditions impeding timely delivery of the Goods or completion of Related Services pursuant to GCC Clause 13, the Supplier shall promptly notify the Procuring Entity in writing of the delay, its likely duration, and its cause. As soon as practicable after receipt of the Supplier's notice, the Procuring Entity shall evaluate the situation and may at its discretion extend the Supplier's time for performance, in which case the extension shall be ratified by the parties by amendment of the Contract.
