Share Pledge definition

Share Pledge means, in relation to the Borrower and each Vessel Owner, each first priority charge, pledge or mortgage or equivalent over the shares in the Borrower or Vessel Owner (as the case may be) to be given by: (a) in the case of the Borrower, the Guarantor; and (b) in the case of each Vessel Owner, the Borrower, in each case in favor of and in form and substance satisfactory to the Security Trustee and “Share Pledges” means all such share pledges.

Share Pledge means the share pledge for the benefit of the Lender in respect of all of the SouFun Purchased Shares held by the Borrower, substantially in the form as set forth in Exhibit B hereto; and equity securities to be pledged under the Security Documents are herein collectively referred to as “Pledged Securities“.

Share Pledge means any one of them.

More Definitions of Share Pledge

Share Pledge means the share mortgage entered into or to be entered into between the Issuer, and DB Trustees (Hong Kong) Limited as Security Agent pursuant to which, among other things, the Issuer grants Security over certain of its shares in the Company.
