Security Guarantee definition

Security Guarantee means the guarantee of any Series of Securities by a Guarantor under Article 10.
Security Guarantee means, at any time, the guarantee of the Company’s obligations under this Indenture and the Securities by each Securities Guarantor pursuant to Article XI.
Security Guarantee means any guarantee of the obligations of the Company under this Indenture and the Securities by any Restricted Subsidiary in accordance with the provisions of this Indenture.

  • This Security Guarantee is subject to release upon the terms set forth in the Indenture.

More Definitions of Security Guarantee

Security Guarantee means the Form of Security Guarantee of each Guarantor to be endorsed on each of the Securities substantially in the form of Exhibit A (in the case of an Initial Security) or Exhibit B (in the case of an Exchange Security) hereto.
Security Guarantee means, individually, any guarantee of payment of the Securities and the Issuer’s other obligations under this Indenture by a Guarantor pursuant to the terms of this Indenture and any supplemental indenture hereto, and, collectively, all such Guarantees.
Security Guarantee means the guarantee of the Securities executed by each Guarantor and the notation thereof executed pursuant to the provisions of this Indenture.
Security Guarantee means the unconditional Guarantee by each Guarantor of the Issuer’s Obligations under the Securities, as set forth in Article XI hereof. Any Guarantor that is not a party to this Indenture on the Issue Date shall execute a Security Guarantee and become a Guarantor by executing and delivering to the Trustee a supplemental indenture pursuant to Section 4.12 substantially in the form of Exhibit C.
Security Guarantee means, with respect to the Securities of any series, the Guarantee with respect to the Securities of such series by each Guarantor pursuant to Article 12 hereof and a supplemental indenture.
Security Guarantee means, with respect to the Securities of any series, the Guarantee with respect to the Securities of such series by each Guarantor pursuant to Article 11 hereof and a supplemental indenture.
Security Guarantee means the guarantee of the Securities by each Security Guarantor under Article Seventeen hereof.
