Time or Indulgence Clause Samples
The 'Time or Indulgence' clause establishes that if one party grants extra time or leniency to the other in fulfilling contractual obligations, this does not constitute a waiver of any rights under the contract. For example, if a party allows a late payment or overlooks a missed deadline, it does not mean they forfeit the right to enforce those terms in the future. This clause ensures that occasional flexibility does not undermine the enforceability of the contract, protecting parties from inadvertently losing their rights through acts of indulgence.
