Compliance with Permits. Borrower shall maintain compliance with all permits, laws, rules and regulations, consent orders and all other orders of applicable courts, regulatory agencies, and similar governmental authorities.
Compliance with Permits. All work within the City’s ROW or other real property of the city shall be performed in strict compliance with all applicable Permits and all applicable regulatory requirements.

CONTRACTOR shall not knowingly 905 deliver materials collected under this Agreement to facilities that do not comply in all material 906 aspects with the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery regulations under Title 907 14, Division 7, Chapter 3, Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal. 908 CONTRACTOR must use reasonable efforts to assure that all Disposal, Transfer, and 909 Processing Facilities to which CONTRACTOR delivers material under this Agreement are 910 legally permitted to receive material collected under this Agreement. Failure to comply with 911 this provision may result in CONTRACTOR being in default under this Agreement.
Compliance with Permits. (a) Seller holds all material Permits required for the lawful conduct of the Business as currently conducted or for the ownership or use of the Transferred Assets; (b) such Permits are valid, unimpaired and in full force and effect; (c) Seller is not in default under or in material violation of any such Permit; and (d) no Proceeding that seeks the revocation, cancellation, suspension, limitation, termination or nonrenewal of any such Permit is pending before any Governmental Entity or, to the Knowledge of Seller, threatened. Seller has timely applied for any renewals of such Permits required by applicable Law or otherwise necessary for the continued use of the Transferred Assets or the operation of the Business.
