OHIO LAW. This Agreement and the Trust Certificates shall be construed in accordance with and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
OHIO LAW. This Agreement and the Related Writings and the respective rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be construed in accordance with and governed by internal Ohio law.
OHIO LAW. The laws of the State of Ohio shall govern the validity of this Agreement, the construction of its terms and the interpretation of the rights and duties of the Member.
OHIO LAW. THIS GUARANTY HAS BEEN DELIVERED AT AND ACCEPTED AT AND SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN MADE IN XXXXXXXX COUNTY, OHIO. THIS GUARANTY SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE A CONTRACT MADE UNDER AND GOVERNED BY THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF OHIO (WITHOUT REFERENCE TO OHIO CONFLICTS OF LAW PRINCIPLES).
OHIO LAW. This Agreement and all rights and obligations hereunder, including matters of construction, validity, and performance, shall be governed by the law of State of Ohio.
OHIO LAW. We express no opinion with respect to the effect of any laws other than the laws of the State of Ohio and laws of the United States of general application to transactions in the State of Ohio.
OHIO LAW. This Guaranty will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Ohio (without regard to Ohio conflicts of law principles).
OHIO LAW. This Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Ohio and only Ohio courts shall have jurisdiction over any action or proceeding concerning the Agreement and/or performance thereunder
OHIO LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by Ohio law without reference to the choice of law principles thereof or any other jurisdiction. Any litigation that may be brought by either the Company or Executive involving the enforcement of this Agreement or any rights, duties, or obligations under this Agreement, shall be brought exclusively in an Ohio state court or United States District Court located in the Northern District in the State of Ohio.
OHIO LAW. This Lease shall be interpreted in accordance with Ohio law.
