Common use of Governmental Requirements Clause in Contracts

Governmental Requirements. Trustor shall not by act or omission permit any lands or improvements not subject to the lien of this Deed of Trust to include the Property or any part thereof in fulfillment of any governmental requirement. Similarly, no lands or other improvements not subject to the lien of this Deed of Trust shall be included with the Property in fulfillment of any governmental requirement. Trustor shall not by act or omission impair the integrity of the Property as a single zoning lot separate and apart from all other premises.
