General Description of Service. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Mobile Banking Service allows you to use a Wireless Device to access available Service Account information, to make payments to eligible payees, and to perform such other transactions as described in the Mobile Banking tab in the Online Banking Service. In order to use the Mobile Banking Service, you must first enroll for, and maintain enrollment in, the Online Banking Service, and you must follow our instructions for enrolling and activating your Wireless Device. You also may be required to accept or acknowledge other terms, provisions, or conditions in order to use certain features or functionality of the Mobile Banking Service. Such terms, provisions, and conditions constitute a part of the Mobile Banking Service terms and this Agreement. Cancellation of your enrollment in the Online Banking Service may result in the cancellation of the Mobile Banking Service.

General Description of Service. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Money Manager is a financial information management service that provides tools and services that allow you to consolidate, track, and manage financial information from various sources. You may use Money Manager to retrieve information maintained online by third party financial institutions with which you have customer relationships, maintain accounts, or engage in financial transactions. All your Eligible Accounts, except for Safe Deposit Boxes, at Brookline Bank are automatically added to Money Manager. You are not required to utilize Money Manager. In order to use Money Manager with your third-party institution accounts, you need to have online access to your accounts at those third-party institution. Unless you provide the credentials to access your third-party account(s), you will not be able to utilize the Money Manager service to view the information for those account(s). You may add information about accounts accessible via websites that you maintain at other financial institutions to Money Manager. When you use Money Manager to access a third party website you designate, you agree to the following:
General Description of Service. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer may use the Xxxxxx Express Service, a secure online payments solution that accepts payments from Customer’s Payers. The Xxxxxx Express Service permits Customer to deliver bills and invoices to its Payers in electronic form rather than paper, and to accept either one-time or recurring Payments from Payers, either online through the use of a Device or by telephone (via interactive voice response, Customer’s customer service representatives, or through a third party vendor’s online payment services system). Payers will be able to make such Payments by (i) creating a pre-authorized debit file originating an ACH transaction that debits the Payer’s designated checking or savings account for the amount of the Payment, (ii) a debit card transaction that debits the Payer’s designated checking or savings account for the amount of the Payment, (iii) a credit card transaction or (iv) a payment through an online payment services system that is provided by a third party service provider. Upon receipt of a Payment, Customer’s Settlement Account is electronically credited for the Payment made through the Xxxxxx Express Service. Enrollment in the Xxxxxx Express Service requires each Payer to agree to be bound by Customer’s Electronic Xxxx Presentment and Payment Terms and Conditions, a copy of which will be provided to Customer by Bank upon request.
General Description of Service. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Online Banking Service enables you to use your Device to: • View Service Account balance information. • View Service Account activity and transaction history. • Transfer funds between Service Accounts (including advances from eligible loan accounts) and to Deposit Only Accounts (as we may allow). • Perform certain Service Account and Service maintenance (including, for example, ordering checks, requesting copies of documents, changing personal contact information, and changing Access Credentials). • Communicate with us via electronic messaging.

General Description of Service. The Western Union Money Transfer Service is a money transfer service provided by Western Union through the Online Banking Service that allows you to send a Money Transfer to a Receiver that may be picked up by the Receiver at any participating Western Union agent location, subject to applicable law, the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and the Western Union Terms.
