Cessation of services. 3. The delegation or assignment of CONTRACTOR’s services, operation or administration to another entity without the prior written consent of COUNTY.

With respect to documents prepared by the Service Provider and equipment and materials furnished by the Trust, the Service Provider shall proceed as provided, respectively, by Clauses GCC 3.9 or GCC 3.10 hereof.
