Full-Time Employment Period. Up to and including the earlier of (i) January 28, 2017, or (ii) the Retirement Date, Employee shall be paid her regular base salary, less applicable taxes and withholdings.

Full-Time Employment Period. During the six-month period commencing on the Effective Date (the “Full-Time Employment Period”), Executive will perform services for Employer in the position of Chief Evangelist, Wireless, or in such other capacity or capacities as may be approved from time to time by Employer’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), and shall report directly to Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx or such other officer of Employer as may be designated by the Board. In such capacity or capacities, Executive shall have such responsibilities, duties and authority as may from time to time be assigned to Executive by Executive’s supervisor. Executive will perform his duties at the offices of Employer to be located from time to time in or near Santa Clara, California, provided that Executive may be required to do reasonable traveling in connection with the performance of his duties hereunder. Employer agrees to continue the employment of Executive’s assistant at Chariot for a period of six months following the Effective Date, on the same terms and conditions of employment as are in effect as of May 10, 2009 and provided that the assistant shall also provide support to other Chariot and Employer personnel assigned to her.
Full-Time Employment Period. “Full-Time Employment Period “ means the time period commencing on the Effective Date of this Agreement and ending on the earlier of:
Full-Time Employment Period. During the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on December 31, 2023 (the “Full-Time Employment Period”), Executive shall continue to serve as the Company’s Global Head of Hosting and shall perform such duties as are customarily associated with such positions and such other duties as are assigned to Executive by the Company. During the Full-Time Employment Period, Executive shall devote substantially all of Executive’s business time and attention to the business of the Company. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Departure Date precedes December 31, 2023, the Full-Time Employment Period shall thereupon terminate and the Retention Period (as defined below) shall not commence.

  • Full-Time Employment A full-time Employee is one who is engaged to work 38 hours per week or an average of 38 hours per week pursuant to clause 26(a) of the Agreement.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular, full-time employee is one who is scheduled to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week, on a regular basis.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38 hours per week. The employee’s ordinary hours of work will not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a 4 week period. Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Expiration of Employment Period If Executive’s employment shall be terminated due to the normal expiration of the Employment Period, this Agreement shall terminate without further obligations to Executive, other than for payment of Accrued Obligations and the timely payment or provision of Other Benefits.

  • Termination of Employment Period The employment of the Employee by the Company pursuant to this Agreement shall terminate upon the occurrence of any of the following:

  • Permanent Full-Time Employees Pay and benefits will be computed on a monthly pay status basis.

  • Employment Period; Remaining Unexpired Employment Period (a) The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be and remain in effect during the period of employment established under this Section 2 (the “Employment Period”). The Employment Period shall be for an initial term of three years beginning on the Initial Effective Date and ending on the day before the third anniversary date of the Initial Effective Date, plus such extensions, if any, as are provided by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) pursuant to Section 2(b).

  • School Year Employment If an employee is employed on the basis of a school year and such employment contemplates absences from the State payroll during the summer months or vacation periods scheduled by the Appointing Authority which occur during the regular school year, the employee shall nonetheless remain eligible for an Employer Contribution, provided that the employee appears on the regular payroll for at least one (1) working day in the payroll period immediately preceding such absences.
