Full-Time Employment Period. During the six-month period commencing on the Effective Date (the “Full-Time Employment Period”), Executive will perform services for Employer in the position of Chief Evangelist, Wireless, or in such other capacity or capacities as may be approved from time to time by Employer’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), and shall report directly to Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx or such other officer of Employer as may be designated by the Board. In such capacity or capacities, Executive shall have such responsibilities, duties and authority as may from time to time be assigned to Executive by Executive’s supervisor. Full-Time Employment Period. During the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on December 31, 2023 (the “Full-Time Employment Period”), Executive shall continue to serve as the Company’s Global Head of Hosting and shall perform such duties as are customarily associated with such positions and such other duties as are assigned to Executive by the Company.   • Full-Time Employment A full-time Employee is one who is engaged to work 38 hours per week or an average of 38 hours per week pursuant to clause 26(a) of the Agreement.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular, full-time employee is one who is scheduled to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week, on a regular basis.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38 hours per week. The employee’s ordinary hours of work will not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a 4 week period. Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Expiration of Employment Period If Executive’s employment shall be terminated due to the normal expiration of the Employment Period, this Agreement shall terminate without further obligations to Executive, other than for payment of Accrued Obligations and the timely payment or provision of Other Benefits.

  • Termination of Employment Period The employment of the Employee by the Company pursuant to this Agreement shall terminate upon the occurrence of any of the following:

  • Permanent Full-Time Employees Pay and benefits will be computed on a monthly pay status basis.

  • Employment Period; Remaining Unexpired Employment Period (a) The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be and remain in effect during the period of employment established under this Section 2 (the “Employment Period”).   • School Year Employment If an employee is employed on the basis of a school year and such employment contemplates absences from the State payroll during the summer months or vacation periods scheduled by the Appointing Authority which occur during the regular school year, the employee shall nonetheless remain eligible for an Employer Contribution, provided that the employee appears on the regular payroll for at least one (1) working day in the payroll period immediately preceding such absences.
