FULL-TIME ASSOCIATION ADMINSITRATOR. VICE-PRESIDENT The City agrees that the Vice President of the Association will be granted leave of absence from his regular Police duties to act as a full-time Administrator in accordance with the Agreement entered into between the City and the Association dated October 1, 1993. The Association agrees to reimburse the City for the wages and benefits paid pursuant to the Agreement dated October 1, 1993. If the Association and its full-time Administrator give notice to the City prior to October 1, 1996, the City, subject to the approval of Council, will renew the Agreement for a further term on such terms and conditions as are mutually agreeable to the parties. The City agrees to reimburse the Association for wages paid to the Association Vice President when he or she is performing work on behalf of the Winnipeg Police Service as required in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Such reimbursement shall be made at the Vice President’s current rate of pay for the confirmed rank. Without limiting the generality of this provision, this would include any required training days, court time and other policing duties as required by the Winnipeg Police Service. In this regard, the Association Vice President will be required to submit a slip to the Winnipeg Police Service outlining the type of work he or she was required to undertake on behalf of or at the request of the Winnipeg Police Service within a reasonable time. The parties agree that in the event the Association is required to reimburse the City for wages and benefits paid by the City as set out in Article II-2(h), any monies owing pursuant to this Article may be reduced accordingly.

  • Full-Time Nurse A nurse who is hired on a permanent basis and who normally works seven (7) hours per day on a thirty-five (35) hour week, normally Monday to Friday unless specifically hired to work an alternate schedule.

  • Full-Time Union Office Upon application by the Union, in writing, the Hospital will give reasonable consideration to a request for leave of absence, without pay, to an employee elected or appointed to full time Union office. It is understood that no more than one (1) employee in the bargaining unit may be on such leave at the same time. This prorated contribution shall be based on the ratio of paid regular hours to full-time hours to the nearest full percent, except that less-than-full-time employees who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month shall receive no less than one-half (½) of the contribution for full-time employees.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.

  • Full-Time Union Leave Upon application by the Union, in writing, the Company will grant leave of absence, without pay, to an employee elected or appointed to full-time Union position. It is understood that not more than one (1) employee in the bargaining unit may be on such leave at the same time. Seniority and service shall accumulate during the full term of such leave.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular full-time employee is defined as one in respect of whom there is a regular schedule of work providing 70 hours of work biweekly.
