FORCE AND EFFECT OF AGREEMENT. Except as hereby specifically amended, modified or supplemented, the Credit Agreement and all other Loan Documents are hereby confirmed and ratified in all respects and shall remain in full force and effect according to their respective terms.
FORCE AND EFFECT OF AGREEMENT. (1) This Agreement shall be construed to be a “written agreement entered into with the agency” within the meaning of 12 U.S.C. § 1818(b)(1).
FORCE AND EFFECT OF AGREEMENT. Except as expressly modified hereby, the Agreement and all exhibits thereto are in all respects ratified and confirmed, and all of the terms, conditions and provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect. This Amendment shall be effective upon execution and delivery by each of the parties as of the Effective Date. From and after the Effective Date, any reference to the Agreement, as the case may be, shall be deemed a reference to the Agreement as amended hereby.
FORCE AND EFFECT OF AGREEMENT. A. Agreement: The Agency and the Union agree that for the full term of the Agreement (as set forth in Section B of this Article and, as may be applicable, in Section C of this Article) the provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and unchanged unless the parties consent to a change in the Agreement, or as required by applicable law.
FORCE AND EFFECT OF AGREEMENT. All of the terms and provisions contained herein shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon each of the Settling Parties hereto, and their respective Affiliates, successors and permitted assigns.
FORCE AND EFFECT OF AGREEMENT. The Collaboration Agreement, as modified by the First Amendment and Second Amendment, constitutes the entire agreement of the Parties on the subject matter hereof. FORCE AND EFFECT OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Bank and the Company and each of their respective owners, directors, officers, agents, employees, stockholders and representatives.
FORCE AND EFFECT OF AGREEMENT. The Board and the Association agree that all negotiable items presented in the proposals have been discussed during the negotiations leading to this Agreement and agree that negotiations will not be reopened on any mandatory subject of negotiation, whether contained in the Agreement or not, during the life of this Agreement. All Board policies unaltered or unchanged by the language of this Agreement shall remain in force during the term of this Agreement. It shall be the prerogative of the Board to initiate and announce new policies provided, however, that where any such new or changed policies will affect the terms or conditions of teachers’ employment, the parties will have such rights and obligations as are provided in Article 14 of the CSL. The Board will discuss all such changed or new policies with the Association prior to implementation and, as soon as expedient, written policies will be distributed to those concerned.
FORCE AND EFFECT OF AGREEMENT. The Parties agree that for the full term of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and unchanged except as mutually agreed, or as may be required by applicable law/rule/regulation.
