Continuing Effect of Agreement. Except as amended by this Agreement, all provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. From and after the date of this Amendment, whenever the term “Agreement” appears in the Agreement, it shall mean the Agreement, as amended by this Amendment to the Agreement.
Continuing Effect of Agreement. Except as expressly set forth in this Amendment, all other provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
Continuing Effect of Agreement. Any provision of this Agreement which is capable of being performed after Completion but which has not been performed at or before Completion shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding Completion.
Continuing Effect of Agreement. The Company's agreements with respect to the Warrant Securities in this Warrant will continue in effect regardless of the exercise or surrender of this Warrant.

All provisions of this Agreement shall not, so far as they have not been performed at Completion, be in any respect extinguished or affected by Completion or by any other event or matter whatsoever and shall continue in full force and effect so far as they are capable of being performed or observed.

Continuing Effect of Agreement. 10.1 All provisions of this Agreement (including the Warranties), insofar as they have not been fully performed at Completion, shall not in any respect be extinguished or affected by Completion or by any other event or matter whatsoever and shall continue in full force and effect.
Continuing Effect of Agreement. Except as specifically amended as set forth herein, each term and condition of the Founder Exchange Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
