Reference to the Agreement. On and after the date hereof, each reference in the Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereof”, “herein”, “herewith”, “hereunder” and words of similar import shall, unless otherwise stated, be construed to refer to the Agreement as amended by this Amendment. No reference to this Amendment need be made in any instrument or document at any time referring to the Agreement, a reference to the Agreement in any such instrument or document to be deemed to be a reference to the Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
Reference to the Agreement. Each of the Loan Documents, including the Agreement and any and all other agreements, documents or instruments now or hereafter executed and delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or pursuant to the terms of the Agreement as amended hereby, are hereby amended so that any reference in such Loan Documents to the Agreement shall mean a reference to the Agreement as amended hereby.
Reference to the Agreement. On and after the effective date of this Amendment, each reference in the Agreement to “the Agreement,” “this Agreement,” “hereunder” and “hereof” or words of like import shall refer to the Agreement as amended by this Amendment. The Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, is and shall continue to be in full force and effect and is hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed.
Reference to the Agreement. From and after the date of this Amendment, each reference in the Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of similar meaning referring to the Agreement, mean and are a reference to the Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
Reference to the Agreement. After giving effect to this Amendment, unless the context otherwise requires, each reference in the Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereof”, “hereunder”, “herein” or words of like import referring to the Agreement shall refer to the Agreement as amended by this Amendment; provided that references in the Agreement to “as of the date hereof” or “as of the date of this Agreement” or words of like import shall continue to refer to July 16, 2020.
Reference to the Agreement. From and after the date hereof, each reference in the Purchase Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import referring to the Purchase Agreement, mean and are a reference to the Purchase Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
Reference to the Agreement. (a) Upon the effectiveness of this First Amendment, each reference in the Credit Agreement to "hereunder," "herein," "hereof" or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Agreement, as affected and amended hereby.
Reference to the Agreement. On and after the date hereof, each reference in the Equityholders Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereof” and “herein” and words of similar import shall, unless otherwise stated, be construed to refer to the Equityholders Agreement as amended by this Amendment. No reference to this Amendment need be made in any instrument or document at any time referring to the Equityholders Agreement, a reference to the Equityholders Agreement in any such instrument or document to be deemed to be a reference to the Equityholders Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
Reference to the Agreement. (a) Upon the effectiveness of this First Amendment, each reference in the Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Agreement, as affected and amended hereby.
Reference to the Agreement. This Security Agreement has been entered into by the Grantor and the Secured Party solely for purposes as contemplated by the Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between any of the terms or provisions hereof and the terms and provisions of the Agreement, the terms and provisions of this Security Agreement shall govern.
