Second Amendment Clause Samples

Second Amendment. This Second Amendment executed by the Borrower and the Bank.

Second Amendment. Borrower shall have executed and delivered to the Agent and each Lender an original counterpart of this Second Amendment.

Second Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received this Second Amendment, duly executed and delivered by the Borrower, the Required Lenders and the Administrative Agent.

Second Amendment. Borrower and Lender shall have duly executed and delivered this Second Amendment.

Second Amendment. The Administrative Agent or the Special Counsel (defined below) shall have received from each Borrower and the Required Lenders either (i) a counterpart of this Second Amendment signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include telecopy or email transmission of a signed signature page of this Second Amendment) that such party has signed a counterpart of this Second Amendment.

Second Amendment. The Agent shall have received a duly executed copy of this Second Amendment signed by the Borrower, the Agent and the Required Lenders.

Second Amendment. Agent shall have received a duly executed counterpart of this Amendment from each of the Borrowers, each of the Guarantors and each of the Lenders;

Second Amendment. This Second Amendment, duly executed by the Credit Parties and Required Lenders;

Second Amendment. Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 of the Second Amendment are hereby deleted in their entirety.
