Final Review Certify Criteria Sample Clauses

Final Review Certify Criteria. Final review is a manual queue process. VDOT has specific requirements regarding the quality of the image that is selected for the violation notice. The business rule governing this is that the image must be a recognizable image of the vehicle (preferably in color). The intent of the quality control is to provide reasonable assurance that the recipient of the notice will be able to recognize their vehicle. This image must be readable to the extent that we can recognize the vehicle and identify the plate characters. If the plate characters are not perfectly clear or we cannot recognize more than four (4) of the characters we can certify as long as we have an ROI image that is clearly from the same vehicle with an irrefutable image of the plate characters. If a suitable image is not available within the group of images on file for the notice, we will send the entire group of images to reclassify.
