Violation Notice. The FOP and its officers and/or stewards shall at all times, cooperate with the Township in continuing operations in the normal manner and shall actively discourage and attempt to prevent any violation of the no-strike clause. In the event of a violation of the no-strike clause, the FOP and its officers and/or stewards shall promptly notify all employees in a reasonable manner that the strike, work stoppage, or slowdown, or other interference with the normal operations of the Township is in violation of this Agreement, unlawful and not sanctioned or approved by the FOP. The FOP and its officers and/or stewards shall advise the employees to return to work immediately.

The Licensee shall immediately notify EASYPIX BRASIL if it becomes aware of or suspects any third parties had access to the Licensed Material through the Licensee and they are using it illegally, entirely or partially, or are violating any EASYPIX BRASIL intellectual property rights, including but not limited to Trademarks and copyrights and co-related ones.
