Festival. Exhibitor acknowledges that CCAFI will hold its annual Festival beginning September 7th, 2024 and ending September 8th, 2024, in the City of Norwich, County of Chenango, State of New York, and that Exhibitor has received CCAFI’s prospectus describing the Festival. Exhibitor acknowledges that the Festival is an outdoor event located in the downtown area of Norwich, New York. Exhibitor further acknowledges that the Festival is attended a diverse crowd, and that CCAFI has no control of public access to or from the Festival grounds.
Festival. A festival is defined as: A series of performances of music, plays, films/movies, etc., or gatherings for sampling of a wide variety of culturally distinctive foods, crafts, or products in celebration or commemoration of a particular historical event, person, or activity. They are usually organized in the same place once a year and generally held at the same time of year each year; a series of public events connected with a particular activity or idea. Festivals are generally designed to bring new people to the community from a long distance away; marketing is generally broad in scope, and attendance can number in the tens of thousands.
Festival. The annual Round Top Folk Festival held on Xxxxxxx’x grounds the first weekend of November.
Festival. If you are removed from the Event and/or denied entry to the Event, you will not be entitled to any ticket refund in part or in full and/or any compensation, unless required by law.

Festival will be held at the corner of 17th and Lake Streets in Niles, Michigan on September 28 - October 1, 2023
Festival. Exhibitor acknowledges that GCAC will hold its annual Festival beginning June 6, 2014 and ending June 9, 2014, in the City of Columbus, County of Franklin, State of Ohio, and that Exhibitor has received GCAC's prospectus describing the Festival. Exhibitor acknowledges that the Festival is a large outdoor event located at Columbus’ downtown Riverfront. Exhibitor further acknowledges that the Festival is attended by a large and diverse crowd, and that there is little control of access to or from the Festival by GCAC or any other persons.
Festival. Prior to the 2013 Festival, the Companies obtained all permits, entered into all Contracts, and took all customary actions necessary to promote the 2013 Festival in the same manner in all material respects as the Festival was promoted in 2012, with the exception that promotion of the 2013 Festival was focused on persons that are at least eighteen (18) years of age. The Companies have paid all material amounts and satisfied all material liabilities to suppliers, vendors and other providers of products and services relating to the 2012 Festival (including accounts payable, artist performance fees, license fees, lease payments, payments to independent contractors, and other payment obligations of either of the Companies). All material amounts owed to either of the Companies relating to the operation of the 2012 Festival (including ticket purchase payments, accounts receivable, sponsorship fees and other material payment obligations to either of the Companies) have been collected in full. Neither of the Companies has further obligation to take any material action or satisfy any material Liability with respect to the 2012 Festival. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.2(z), each of the Companies has delivered to Parent a reasonably detailed profit and loss statement for each of the 2012 and 2013 Festivals (the “Festival P&L Statements”), and such Festival P&L Statements are true, correct and complete, in all material respects, and accurately represents, in all material respects, the profitability of the 2012 and 2013 Festivals.
Festival. Festival. ….Five people have been killed and more than 70 injured at a music festival after a stage collapsed during a heavy storm. Two of the stages are apparently damaged or destroyed when trees were blown over in strong winds and crashed into rigging. Another stage was also damaged but was not thought to have caused any injuries. Some giant TV screens also fell down. An estimated 60,000 people are at the three-day festival when the storm breaks; doubling the regular population of the host municipality. Lots of tweets and social media etc…..
