Family Caregiver Leave. A Family Caregiver Leave of absence will be granted in accordance with the eligibility provisions as per the Employment Standards Act of Ontario.
Family Caregiver Leave. As per Article 16.06 of the full-time section of this Agreement.
Family Caregiver Leave. (a) Family caregiver leave will be granted to an employee for up to twenty-eight (28) weeks in a calendar year in accordance with the Employment Standards Act.
Family Caregiver Leave. Family Caregiver Leave provides up to eight weeks of job-protected leave in a calendar year for employees to provide care or support to certain family members if a qualified health practitioner has issued a certificate stating that the individual has a serious medical condition.

Family Caregiver Leave. Employees are entitled to family caregiver leave and other related leaves in accordance with the Employment Standards Act, S.O. 2000, c. 41 as amended from time to time.
Family Caregiver Leave. The following clause is applicable to all employees covered by this Collective Agreement.
Family Caregiver Leave. A request for Family Caregiver Leave will be granted in accordance with the ESA for up to eight (8) weeks within a twenty-six (26) week period. An Employee who is on Family Caregiver Leave shall continue to accumulate seniority and service and both the Employer and Employee will continue to pay their respective shares of the benefit and pension premiums in which the Employee is participating during the leave.
Family Caregiver Leave. An employee who is entitled to the Family Caregiver benefit under the Employment Insurance Act is entitled to a leave of absence without pay of up to 15 weeks for the purpose of providing care or support to an adult family member who is critically ill or injured. There will be no interruption in the accrual of seniority or vacation provided for under Article 21.6. Employer paid premiums for benefits will continue for eight weeks at which time the employee may opt to continue benefits provided they pay the full premium costs.
