Family Caregiver Leave. A request for Family Caregiver Leave will be granted in accordance with the Employment Standards Act, 2000, for up to eight (8) weeks within a twenty-sixtwenty- six (26) week period. While on leave the Employer and Employee will continue to pay their respective shares of the benefit and pension premiums in which the Employee is participating during the leave. While on family caregiver leave seniority and service will accrue.
