You must make an appointment to qualify to use the sound equipment. Call 731‐632‐4214 ext. 21 between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm weekdays to set up the appointment. The deposit must be made as soon as you request the building with a separate check from the rental payment. The deposit will be held until the facility can be checked by an employee to make sure it meets with the requirements stated on the check off list. Rental payment must be made at least one week prior to the event. The Xxxxx cannot be rented more than three (3) days in a row. *Cancellation must be made one week prior to the event or earlier to avoid forfeiture of the deposit. * The building cannot be used for personal gain or for benefits. The furniture/pianos are not to be moved for any reason without permission from the City Administrator. No animals are allowed in the building. Applicants must be 21 years of age. Nothing belonging to the city can be removed from the premises. Any questionable event will be referred to the City Administrator.

A deposit of $100.00-$200.00 is required and an application must be filled out the same week you make the request for the building or the time slot will be forfeited. This deposit needs to be in a separate check from the rental fee and will be returned if the building key is returned to city hall or the police dispatch office as soon as the event is over and the building is left in good condition. A City Hall employee will check the building to make sure there is no damage to the property, if it meets with our approval the deposit will be mailed within 6-7 days after the event. If tape, nails, etc. is put on walls deposit will be forfeited. NO exceptions. Nothing is to be attached to the walls, floor or ceiling. Rental fee must be paid one week before the scheduled event to allow custodial staff to prepare rooms for the event. **Cancellations must be made one week prior to event to avoid loss of deposit.** The building cannot be reserved for over three days/nights in a row. Sound room key available ONLY to qualified operators. Operator qualification will be determined by the city. You must make appointment between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM weekdays to determine qualification. The building may not be used for personal gain. Piano is not to be moved for any reason. No animals allowed in the building. Applicant must be 21 years of age. Any questionable event will be referred to the Xxxxx Board of Directors. Anything left in building will be held for 2 weeks then discarded. NO ALCOHOL, SMOKING, OR TOBACCO IS PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING. By signing this contract you are stating that you are renting the Xxxxx for your use and that you will be present during the stated activity and that you have read the above rules and agree to abide by them.   • FACILITIES USE a. COLLEGE and SCHOOL DISTRICT shall adhere to the terms outlined in Section 15, Facilities, of this CCAP Agreement.

The Participating TO shall install at the Interconnection Customer's expense any System Protection Facilities that may be required on the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities or the Participating TO’s Transmission System as a result of the interconnection of the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Facilities Study In analyzing and preparing the Facilities Study, and in designing and constructing the Attachment Facilities, Local Upgrades and/or Network Upgrades described in the Specifications attached to this ISA, Transmission Provider, the Interconnected Transmission Owner(s), and any other subcontractors employed by Transmission Provider have had to, and shall have to, rely on information provided by Interconnection Customer and possibly by third parties and may not have control over the accuracy of such information. Accordingly, NEITHER TRANSMISSION PROVIDER, THE INTERCONNECTED TRANSMISSION OWNER(s), NOR ANY OTHER SUBCONTRACTORS EMPLOYED BY TRANSMISSION PROVIDER OR INTERCONNECTED TRANSMISSION OWNER MAKES ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR DEALING, CUSTOM, USAGE IN THE TRADE OR PROFESSION, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH REGARD TO THE ACCURACY, CONTENT, OR CONCLUSIONS OF THE FACILITIES STUDY OR THE SYSTEM IMPACT STUDY IF A FACILITIES STUDY WAS NOT REQUIRED OR OF THE ATTACHMENT FACILITIES, THE LOCAL UPGRADES AND/OR THE NETWORK UPGRADES, PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that Transmission Provider warrants that the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and any Merchant Transmission Upgrades described in the Specifications will be designed and constructed (to the extent that Interconnected Transmission Owner is responsible for design and construction thereof) and operated in accordance with Good Utility Practice, as such term is defined in the Operating Agreement. Interconnection Customer acknowledges that it has not relied on any representations or warranties not specifically set forth herein and that no such representations or warranties have formed the basis of its bargain hereunder.

  • Sanitary Facilities - Construction 5.1 Closets shall be soundly constructed and roofed with weatherproof material. The floor of each closet shall be well drained and constructed of concrete, bricks and cement, or of other approved materials which shall be impervious to water. Every closet shall be well lighted by natural or artificial light and shall be ventilated. Each closet shall have a hinged door, capable of being fastened on the inside, lift seats/flaps and toilet paper. If closets are of single unit construction (only to be used for the formwork process), not contained within a purpose built ablution block, privacy walls which shield the closet/s from outside view shall be installed. (Privacy walls are not required for purpose built ablution blocks eg ATCO huts)

  • Facilities and Equipment Except as set forth herein, Consultant shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide all facilities and equipment that may be necessary to perform the services required by this Agreement. City shall make available to Consultant only the facilities and equipment listed in this section, and only under the terms and conditions set forth herein. City shall furnish physical facilities such as desks, filing cabinets, and conference space, as may be reasonably necessary for Consultant’s use while consulting with City employees and reviewing records and the information in possession of the City. The location, quantity, and time of furnishing those facilities shall be in the sole discretion of City. In no event shall City be obligated to furnish any facility that may involve incurring any direct expense, including but not limited to computer, cellular telephone, long-distance telephone, or other communication charges, vehicles, and reproduction facilities. If the performance of the work specified in Exhibit A requires destructive testing or other work within the City’s public right-of-way, Consultant, or Consultant’s subconsultant, shall obtain an encroachment permit from the City.

  • LIS Entrance Facilities 7.3.1.1.1 Recurring and nonrecurring rates for LIS Entrance Facilities are specified in Exhibit A and will apply for those DS1 or DS3 facilities dedicated to use as LIS.

  • State Facilities If the State makes space available to the Party in any State facility during the term of this Agreement for purposes of the Party’s performance under this Agreement, the Party shall only use the space in accordance with all policies and procedures governing access to and use of State facilities which shall be made available upon request. State facilities will be made available to Party on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, with no warranties whatsoever.
