Examples of Facilities Use in a sentence

  • Any use of additional space may require a Facilities Use Agreement and payment of a fee.

  • High risk activities warrant the use of either a Facilities Use Agreement which requires the user to carry liability coverage, or participant liability waivers, or both.

  • This provision will survive the termination of this Facilities Use Agreement.

  • Meetings in school buildings before and after school hours and after 6:00 p.m. must be scheduled through the Office of Facilities Use.

  • Proof of such insurance in the form of an Additional Insured Certificate is required before the Facilities Use Agreement can be approved.

  • The Union will complete a Facilities' Use Form according to District regulations if District facilities are used.

  • Additional policies and procedures may apply as outlined in the WCCUSD Facilities Use Policies and Procedures.

Related to Facilities Use

  • Facilities Study shall be an engineering study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) to: (1) determine the required modifications to the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System necessary to implement the conclusions of the System Impact Study; and (2) complete any additional studies or analyses documented in the System Impact Study or required by PJM Manuals, and determine the required modifications to the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System based on the conclusions of such additional studies. The Facilities Study shall include the cost and scheduled completion date for such modifications, that will be required to provide the requested transmission service or to accommodate a New Service Request. As used in the Interconnection Service Agreement or Construction Service Agreement, Facilities Study shall mean that certain Facilities Study conducted by Transmission Provider (or at its direction) to determine the design and specification of the Customer Funded Upgrades necessary to accommodate the New Service Customer’s New Service Request in accordance with Tariff, Part VI, section 207.

  • Senior Facilities Agreement means the senior facilities agreement dated on or about the date of this Agreement and made between the Parent, the Senior Lenders, the Senior Facility Agent and others.

  • School facilities project means the planning, acquisition, demolition, construction, improvement, alteration, modernization, renovation, reconstruction or capital maintenance of all or any part of a school facility or of any other personal property necessary for, or ancillary to, any school facility, and shall include fixtures, furnishings and equipment, and shall also include, but is not limited to, site acquisition, site development, the services of design professionals, such as engineers and architects, construction management, legal services, financing costs and administrative costs and expenses incurred in connection with the project;
